1. What airport should I fly into?

You can fly into Manohar International Airport (MOPA / GOX) in Goa, additionally there is also Dabolim Airport (GOI) , incase there’s no direct flight to MOPA . However it is a little far from the venue.

4. What's the best way to get here from the U.S?

There are no direct flights, so you’ll make one stop.

Best options:

  • SF/LA: Qatar Airways (via Doha) or Emirates (via Dubai)
  • Dallas: Qatar Airways, direct to Doha then Go
  • NY/Boston: Emirates, Etihad, or Qatar Airways all work well
  • Phoenix: connect through LAX, JFK, or DFW first

5. What's the weather like in February?

 Warm, sunny, and dry — Goa’s best month. Days around 88–90°F, cooler evenings around 68–70°F. Little to no rain .

6. Do I need any vaccines?

 None are required. It’s a good idea to be current on routine vaccines (MMR especially), plus Hepatitis A and Typhoid.

7. What about money?

 The currency is the Indian Rupee. Don’t exchange money at the airport — the rates are bad. Exchange it once you’re in Goa instead.

8. What should I pack?

 Light clothes, a layer for the evening, comfy shoes, sunscreen, a hat, swimwear, a power adapter (Type C/D/M), and bug spray. Bring any medications with a copy of your prescription.
